  • e-bot7 integrates artificial intelligence into existing or CRM systems to increase the efficiency of customer service operations.

RTP Global together with other well-known existing investors, has invested a total of 5,5 million euros in the AI-Startup e-bot7, which was founded in 2016. Other existing investors include 42CAP, the Main Incubator, Commerzbank’s early-stage investor, and a leading private investor.

With the investment round, e-bot7 will further expand its position in the European market. The company will use the funds to further expand its technology and business team to help more customers to make their customer service more efficient through artificial intelligence.

The founding team consists of Fabian Beringer, Xaver Lehmann and Maximilian Gerer, who have been included in the Forbes “30 Under 30” list and who are founding members of the KI-Bundesverband e.V. (KI Federal Association) in order to promote the topic of AIs on a political level. In addition, the founders are mentors of renowned programs such as the Founders Institute in Silicon Valley, TechFounders, InsurTech Hub and many more.

Over the past two years, the company has won more than 20 awards, including the ‘Startup of the Year Award’ and the ‘Call Center World Award’ for the most innovative technology and has been a substantial part of programs such as WeXellerate, Insurtech, TechFounders, LMarks, Wayra and the EU-funded Impact Growth innovation program to name a few. On the customer side, the strongly growing startup, which is represented throughout Europe, cooperates with the largest companies in various industries.

“We are very pleased to have won RTP Global as our lead investor. With their international experience, RTP has brought their strong network and their expertise on board in order to enable e-bot7 to expand into countries beyond Europe. “Our goal is not only to offer the best AI-based technology and revolutionize customer service, but also to make it as easy as possible for companies to introduce and use such a technology. That’s why we’ve built a plug and play solution that can be used directly by companies without any development and IT effort,” say e-bot7 founders Fabian Beringer and Xaver Lehmann (MDs).

“We are extremely excited to partner with e-bot7. Customer service automation is a huge market and e-bot7 has successfully proven that their solution can provide sizable gains to customer across multiple verticals. We see amazing potential to further build out technology and penetrate customer base across Europe” says Alex Pavlov, partner at RTP Global.

With its multilingual NLP algorithm, AI hybrid solution and low implementation effort, e-bot7 is one of the most innovative AI providers in Europe. e-bot7 develops and integrates artificial intelligence and deep learning into existing CRM customer service systems. The company’s solution automates customer service inquiries and processes, analyzes incoming messages, routes them to the right department, and supports customer service representatives with response suggestions. This reduces average processing time by up to more than 80%. Recurring requests and processes are automatically solved thanks to the technology.
