RTP Global together with other well-known existing investors, has invested a total of 5,5 million euros in the AI-Startup e-bot7, which was founded in 2016. Other existing investors include 42CAP, the Main Incubator, Commerzbank’s early-stage investor, and a leading private investor.
With the investment round, e-bot7 will further expand its position in the European market. The company will use the funds to further expand its technology and business team to help more customers to make their customer service more efficient through artificial intelligence.
The founding team consists of Fabian Beringer, Xaver Lehmann and Maximilian Gerer, who have been included in the Forbes “30 Under 30” list and who are founding members of the KI-Bundesverband e.V. (KI Federal Association) in order to promote the topic of AIs on a political level. In addition, the founders are mentors of renowned programs such as the Founders Institute in Silicon Valley, TechFounders, InsurTech Hub and many more.
Over the past two years, the company has won more than 20 awards, including the ‘Startup of the Year Award’ and the ‘Call Center World Award’ for the most innovative technology and has been a substantial part of programs such as WeXellerate, Insurtech, TechFounders, LMarks, Wayra and the EU-funded Impact Growth innovation program to name a few.
