Dzmitry Mikhaliov


Dzmitry joined RTP Global as an analyst in 2018. He is responsible for PropTech, InsurTech and FinTech sectors. Before that, he was a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group across projects in Aerospace, Banking, Government and Oil & Gas sectors. He has also worked in complex technology transformation at Capco and International Wealth Management at Commerzbank in Frankfurt-am-Main.

Dzmitry graduated with BSc in Economics and Business from The Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and completed an exchange program at EBS Universität. Outside of work he’s passionate about sport and was a multiple national champion in finswimming. He speaks English, German and Russian.

Being on the forefront of driving technological change, working with the brightest minds from all around the world, making an impact on society by helping great companies succeed.

Finding the very best and the greatest out of all the many, countless good and great ideas out there in the marketplace.

What’s the best idea you’ve ever made happen?

Launching an educational non-profit project that reached 1000+ students and young professionals in Belarus and helped them acquire crucial practical skills for their future career.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

One’s perception of reality is more real than reality itself.
